1 Bedrooms Flat in Central Edinburgh Haymarket, Heart of Edinburgh Flat Sleeps 4 ,

Fully functioning kitchen, spacious living room and well lit with a sofa bed, good size bedroom, clean towels provided and lots of refreshments to welcome us from a long journey.

The building - like most in Edinburgh - is old so there is some smell of damp when you enter but the flat is fine.

Spotless and very well equipped flat: washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave.... Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits, bread.... Shampoos, conditioner, shower gels.. Location is just perfect with loads of shops, restaurants, etc and at a walking distance to most attractions. Despite some reviews about noise with the flat being on the ground floor, we were lucky. We were not once disturbed by the street noise or by neighbours.

Shower is a bit small but one can work around it.

Central Haymarket location with excellent public transport close by. The ground floor apartment was great for us as we have family members with limited mobility.

Good to have a walk in shower but it's quite a small cubicle.

It was spacious, clean, great location and so many little touches it was incredible

Very central, good access to trains/trams and buses. Only 25 mins walk to Royal mile😀

Not great on a wet day, directions to the Flat is a little confusing. Host is friendly and helpful 👍

Had all the comforts of home!

Great location. Easy to access town centre and shops etc. The entrance to the property is a little basic, but the flat was very clean and well equipped. The coffee, tea and biscuits were a nice touch on arrival. The place was a bit chilly and we didn't know how to turn on the heating. The double bed was personally too small for us. And the shower is small but water hot and supplied shower gel, soap shampoo etc. Fluffy towels. A Fair amount of noise out the front of the flat as right by the local bins. It was fine for 1 night for what we needed.

Very good location. Comfortable and very well equipped, plenty of towels and an excellent welcome basket of goodies, bread and wine. Tea/ coffee makings also available. Heating was good and we were able to change to our needs. Host answered the phone quickly when we needed to call about the key safe code. We felt the property was very good for a short stay in Edinburgh, and we would consider using it again.

We used the sofa bed, the foam mattress topper had a large crease where it was folded, and this wasn't comfortable, it seemed the cover was also too small. No bottom sheet, but we think the topper cover was meant to act as this. Broken toaster tripped the electrics, but it was last day so we didn't report, left a note to advise. Slightly tired decor.
