Guest house on Gillian Unit 4

Booked and paid, then was informed that the room was not available. Manager said I could "crash on his couch". I decided to fly back home as no other accommodation available. HOWEVER, they did not provide me with the room I booked or any and REFUSE to give refund??? Really??

Proximity to King Shaka airport, malls & restaurants around Ballito!

General state of grounds (broken trees falling into parking area & empty beer bottles on driveway) Room actually too small, cockroaches in room, tip envelope in your face but quality so poor, a tip not anywhere in any visiting clients mind, and uncomfortable bed!

It was dirty ...bedding, curtains and cockroaches .

Good location and it looks up market

There was no arrangement, no explanation and no staff for check in nor check out in the morning The only phone found on the booking/ reservation was for someone who said she doesn’t work there anymore. Struggled to find keys Bedding was not clean Kettle was not working Smells cigarette

In a quiet place and close to what I needed. It was affordable and a good place for one night stay if you not going to spend much time in the room. Best part of the room was it has an aircon and I'm a person who cant live without one

Room needs a little TLC.

The property is in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities.

The bed sheets I got were stained as if they’d been used before

The Bed wasn’t the best please consider changing it have reached ot life span I was in Room 4
