"Overall it was fair"

The waterslides were excellent.

No room service. My kids fell asleep and I had to skip dinner because they wouldn't wake. If there was room service I could still enjoy a meal while they rest.

Food was basic.. place not as clean at all!! Was expecting more cleanliness since it was a 5 star hotel..Bed was uncomfortable but wasn’t in the mood to change another room.

Didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable… prefer bed in first room.was looking for more exciting activities and programs.
