"It was my son‘s birthday, and the waterslide at the waterpark was the best part for my son."

The room settings were beautiful my family enjoy the pool and the entertainment. It was a lovely experience and the most of all the staff were so loving caring they treat us so good. We never locked of anything there and we would love to visit it again.

"Not enough transportation options for activities"

I liked the variety of food options

The front desk staff were not as helpful to my situation and made me pay full price for a child stay that was suppose to be free. The alcoholic drinks were too watery

Food was delicious. Facilities had many different activities - i used the gym, water park and beach. Staff was welcoming and kind. Would highly recommend and I would stay again.

The TV did not work. The netflix and youtube apps were not working. and the cable was not working either. The buffet hall for breakfast opened a bit late - would have love fruits earlier than 7am. The gym was a bit small.

The food was good as usual. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Riu is home away from home plus more. I enjoyed most of the evening entertainment.

I didn't like that the lines in the buffet restaurant were so long that it took a long time in the mornings to get an omelet and intended evenings for some jamaican food like oxtail.
