The service my room and no quick response to my needs.

The location of the hotel was perfect the staff was very friendly. The Hotel was clean inside and out.

The three restaurants that they had that you had to make reservation for, the menu was limited. We ate most of our meals at the buffet. I also booked the suite and it had no common area just the two bedrooms so the family couldn't sit together when you walk into the sweet you're in one bedroom there's no living room chairs and when you go through the door the second bedroom so there's no common area to hang out (no living room)

It’s stunningly beautiful, like living in a postcard. Lots of variety and options for food. Entertainment was top notch..especially the nightly shows.

The buffet in the main area is open so flies are free to pitch on the food…better coverage would be more hygienic. I saw guests using their fingers to scrape cheese from a knife meant for community use and another touch bread w his bare (could be germ ridden) hands..closer watch in these areas would be great to maintain healthy food hygiene. As a pescatarian, it would have been great to have fish as am option from the jerk pit.

It took a very long time to check in. After check in the sheets on the bed was wet. There was smoking in the hallways. The room was moldy and had meldrew. The customers service was horrible and the upper management was very uninviting. I went to celebrate my 15th year anniversary and 47th birthday and they did not even acknowledge that at all. The food was horrible.
