Good view next to river, tidy and nice room with all necessary facilities

Still dont know how to use projector after reading instructions but its ok haha

켄널시티와 하카타역에서 가까워서 좋았고 나카스강 뷰도 좋았습니다 수압도 최고

다른곳에 비해 체크인이 늦어요 체크인시간이 4시는 좀 그러네요 그리고 앉아서 간단히 식사할수 있는 식탁이 있었으면 최고였을거 같네요

リーズナブルだった。周りにコンビニ、銭湯もあり泊まるだけなら充分でした。

ドアロックを開けて解錠して入ったところが、階上と共通なのか、雑多に汚れていた。部屋に入れば問題は無いが、開けてすぐだったので、第一印象は悪かった。

Much bigger than expected

Host was very helpful and provided clear instruction for check-in. The accommodation was about 5 mins walk to Canal City Hakata and about 15mins walk to Hakata Station. The room was big with 2 queen beds with the Naka river was just right in front.

Though there was parking at the location, it is on a first come first served basis and it will be pricey. The carpark rates varied depending on whether weekdays or weekends. For comparison, i paid 2,300 yen parking from 10.45am on a Saturday to about 6.50am on a Sunday. It might be cheaper for weekday parking.
