Hotel AIRSTAR

The apartment was in a great location with a great view of the window of the river, the place was much larger than anticipated.

Only mildly annoying thing was that to use the projector it seemed that you needed to leave on the main light.

Very convenient place with easy access. Everything what you need in kitchen and bathroom, also there is table for work in the room. Great window view! Best recommendations!

The check-in time 14:00 or 15:00 would be better than 16:00

Location, clean and tidy

The location was about 15 minutes walking distance to Hakata Station and next to Canal City shopping complex. We enjoyed the view of the river. Check in was easy with a key code. The room was spacious and we liked having a washing machine and drying rack. The projection TV was cool.

The hosts were slow to respond. The cheap Ikea type furniture was in rough shape with damage. Both mattresses were broken down and very uncomfortable. We had planned to stay 3 weeks but ended up leaving early because the bed was giving my partner back pain. We just accepted that we could not get a refund.

The space is clean and comfortable.

The kitchen and shower room are extremely small.

No staff involvement. Nice view of the river. Self-Checkin process was smooth and easy. Easy distance to Canal City Hakata mall and surrounding areas within walking distance distance to Hakata and about 20min walk to Tenjin.

For its price it was reasonable.
