"Clean spacious place but parking is like a lottery - could be near or a little far"

Drying rack with hangers and clothes peg were provided including washing detergent. Hair straightener and curler were also provide.Decent sized room.

Not sure if there will be parking lot at night when we return because these public car parks are quite full.

"I was given a dirty room and the remote customer service continued hanging up on me because they do not speak English. T"

The room I was given was dirty and occupied by other guests!!! Additionally, the property/ hotel manager continuously hung up on me when I called to resolve the issue. Then it took them an hour to respond via chat with a new room assignment — since they would not let me cancer the reservation. Terrible customer service and communication!!!

"Very happy with our stay"

The location was great, check in was easy, the room was small but efficiently designed, and the view of the canal was great.

Would have appreciated a little more advance information about parking and some instructions on the projection system, but those were pretty minor issues. The window coverings could use some improvement or better instructions - didn’t keep out light very well.
