The kitchen utensils could do with a desperate upgrade. There's also an Ant problem.

The resort was beautiful. NOT the apartment

Upon arrival, no one knew where to find the keys. When entering the unit, it had a damp smell, and floor carpets were wet and smelled like fish. Bathing towels were dirty, torn, and wet inside the cupboards. Living room fan and light aren't working. Floors were not cleaned properly. Kettle were very dirty inside and had grease. We had to buy chemicals to clean it in order to be used. Stove top buttons were greasy, and 1x plate not working. Kitchen drawers and cupboards are broken with screws sticking out. Security gate can only be locked from 1x side. The keys of the safe don't work. Or seems to fit in lock. No keys fit locks to open gates for access to the beach. Inappropriate naked picture whilst having children with you on vacation. Curtains were very dirty and full of mould. Definitely not booking at this unit again or referring it to anyone. Very disappointed.

Laguna La Crete is a Nice complex but the unit 164 is bad inside.

The location

The curtains in the main room were all torn and very untidy, when we entered the flat it had a stuffy smell and when we walked into the main bedroom is was absolutely damp. All blankets in the cupboard were smelling very bad and could not be used. Flat is not maintained well

The unit itself would be beautiful if the owner spends some time on much needed upgrades. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling and the bath is extremely small. There were no cleaning supplies for the bathroom. The main bedroom had no ceiling light or fan, the bed is extremely uncomfortable and the bedding was not clean. No extra bedding or towels in the unit. The stand fan in the main bedroom is rusted and we had to purchase a lubricant spray to open the window. The curtains are filthy dirty and torn. The cupboards were not usable as the cupboard was extremely smelly with a rotten smell. The 2nd bedroom had the same issues as the main bedroom. The bar stools in the kitchen are rusted, there were 2 forks in the drawer and the unit is not suitably kitted out for a family of 4. The blinds in the kitchen are broken and the plugs are not working. The stove top and oven were dirty, damaged and stained. The floors were sticky upon our arrival and the broom and mop supplied are very dirty. The kitchen sink had no plugs, and we had a struggle to wash dishes. The clothing rack is broken and we had no other way of drying clothes in the unit. The porch was not clean or properly suited to have a meal on the porch - the furniture is very dirty and stained and not properly maintained. We would not suggest that anyone visit this specific unit until such time that the owner has done the upgrades.
