Quietness

The ceiling fan and the light was not working in the main bedroom .

Had a problem to switch on the stove and we made our breakfast very late

The owner called me as soon as I booked and he made sure everything was in order before even checking in.

The owner is very friendly and helpfull

The location is perfect, easy access to the beach and near by shopping centres.

Only one side light in the main bedroom was working and the shower drain does not drain quickly, I suspect it may be blocked.

Its near to everything especially fishing spots and just so nice and clean everywhere

The place was quiet and very private.

In the booking , it was stated that toilet paper and linen would be provided. There was no toilet paper , we had to go out and purchase our own because there was nothing when we got there. The light in the bedroom was not working. There were no cleaning detergents to wash dishes. On the day of our checkout , the checkout time stipulated 10am-11am. At 10am on the dot the cleaner was there banging on the door for us to leave. Checkout stated between 10am to 11am. Not 10am on the dot that we should be gone. We had to then hurry because she was standing outside the apartment insisting that we have to be gone by 10am. Our last day there and we had to leave in a rush. Overall I was not satisfied with the apartment. What was stated in the description and provided facilities and products was not what was given to us when we got there. I'm a very unhappy customer.
