Gated Community, Private Pool And Game Room Near Disney!!!

I love the staff and customer service fixing our problems with poor and hot tub.

The cockroaches I seen in the kitchen area on our last two days there. Also the pool water went down I’m not sure why.

Nice swimming pool, spacious house, good sized rooms. Nice and quiet location.

Some utensils, baking trays missing, occasionally cockroaches in the kitchen area, no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner, only hard soap for hand wash. No washing powder/liquid either. The games in the garage are mostly broken, don’t expect entertainment there.

The house was really clean and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Would definitely stay there again.. Great location and staff were very personable and helpful at all hours! Would recommend anyone stay there!

The location was nice. House was nice few amenities need fixed.

I did not care that the hot tub did not work the entire time. The dishwasher did not work. The stove burned our dinners. The oven timer things would not work. With? We could not turn the house any cooler than 72° and it was too hot

The housing development was kept very well, all the outside communal spaces were excellently presented, grass cut regularly and views of the lake were lovely.

The villa was maintained to a very poor standard. Definitely not presented as in the phot Upon arrival we were greatly disappointed and feel that the Villa is not up to the standard advertised and certainly does not match the pictures displayed on the website. • The carpets throughout the house are absolutely disgusting, I have never seen carpets this bad in any rental accommodation I have ever stayed in. • The pillows had no protectors on them, under the single very thin pillow case was an extremely dirty and stained pillow. They were so bad that we had to go to the shop and purchase everyone a new pillow to sleep on. I felt that using the pillows provided would be a health and safety risk. • The plastic bins in the kitchen had been emptied but not washed out, there was liquid and leftovers in the bottom of the bin and it smelt disgusting. The outside bin was even worse, overflowing and the smell was appalling. • As beautiful as the pool area is overlooking the lake it is very poorly maintained. All the ground tiles are loose and my children tripped on them multiple times. The weeds between the tiles throughout the whole pool area just show a lack of maintenance and ruin the look of the whole outdoor space. •The rug on the living room floor had clearly not been vacuumed or shook for a very long time. It was full of food, hairs and smelt disgusting. I personally feel that this is the fault of the owners and not the cleaners. The cleaners are there to do a basic everyday job however it is the owners job to maintain the property to a certain standard. We paid a lot of money for this property and we were very disappointed, we tried to make the most of it for the kids. We were on holiday after a prolonged period of illness for my husband, for this reason we did not complain when we were staying in the property. We wanted a peaceful stress free holiday.
