Pepper House Villa is an outstanding choice for a big group or family gathering. The villa is spacious, beautifully laid out, and offers plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably while still enjoying time together. One of the absolute highlights is the breathtaking SUNSET view—it’s truly stunning and something you never get tired of, whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. The BBQ area is fantastic and perfect for group dinners, making our stay even more special with shared meals and great memories. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. A special mention goes to the housekeeper Lydia, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, ensuring the villa stayed spotless throughout our stay and making us feel very welcome. Overall, Pepper House Villa is a perfect place for a large family or group looking for comfort, space, amazing views, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended—we would happily return! Red Pepper House Villa is truly one of the best villas not only in the Hout Bay area but also among all the places I’ve stayed around the world. We were a team of 15, with 8 of us staying in the villa. If you’re looking for a high-quality stay for adults, I’d say the villa is perfectly suited for 8 adults. The ground-floor rooms are better suited for kids in my opinion. The owner was kind enough to allow 15 of us to spend time and enjoy the villa in the evenings, which we truly appreciated. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully designed, with stunning architecture, a well-kept garden, and breathtaking views, it felt like a private retreat in nature. The villa is incredibly well-equipped. The pool, hot tub, backup solar and water systems, and thoughtful details throughout the home offered complete comfort and peace of mind. Having a dedicated housekeeper made a big difference in maintaining a smooth and pleasant stay. The parts of the Pepper House Villa I loved the most were the stone section and the wide open areas with large windows, perfect for relaxing, spending time with the group, playing games, and enjoying the view. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium group stay in Cape Town.

The only minor issue we encountered was with one of the bedroom doors, the wooden door of the room on the right on the 2nd floor had swollen and wouldn’t fully close, which caused a bit of discomfort for the guests in that room. It’s a small fix, and I hope the owner addresses it soon, as everything else about this house was absolutely exceptional.

Замечательная вилла, очень чисто, красивый вид, есть все необходимое. Однозначно вернулись бы снова.

1.Первый день не смогли воспользоваться бассейном, т.к. он был грязный, его почистили только на следующий день. 2.Не предоставили порошок для стирки белья, сказали покупать самим. 3. Время выезда было обозначено в 10.00, но по факту персонал по уборке стал приходить в 8.00, так что бассейном и джакузи с утра мы уже не смогли воспользоваться.

Un énorme coup de cœur ❤️ Cette maison de Hout Bay est éblouissante ! Construite et décorée avec goût , elle offre une double vue mer/montagne assez unique qui a embelli chaque instant de notre séjour. Le jardin paysager aménagé à l’arrière est un havre de paix. Autre point fort : la discrète présence de l’adorable Lydia qui apporte son aide précieuse pour le quotidien. N’ayez aucune hésitation à louer , vous passerez un moment mémorable .

Un fort contraste entre les 3 chambres installées aux étages supérieurs, très douillettes et charmantes , et les 2 du rez-de-chaussée. Ces dernières sont à la fois plus sombres et donnent une vue sur le garage ou un muret . Forcément, les malchanceux qui y logent ne vivent pas la même expérience. Ce n’est pas rédhibitoire, toutefois.

The property displayed as advertised and the decor in the house came with thought.The location is private enough to not get traffic but high enough with panoramic views of the bay from a lot of the areas of the house.The house keeper lydia was fantastic in her knowledge and interaction.

One of the bedrooms only had a tub with a shower head, which it would be nice to have a shower in that bedroom.

What a stunning home! An incredible location with breathtaking views! The space was fabulous. So many areas to enjoy the view while feeling cozy and comfortable. So spacious and light, yet one could find wonderful nooks to relax and read a book or take in the beautiful surroundings. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the place was always spotlessly clean.
