Pepper House Villa ,Housekeeper , heated pool , Hot tub, backup solar and water systems

The location and view was absolutely amazing. The house was very spacious and most things were a quick inexpensive Uber ride away. Beautiful home!

There is not sufficient water for large groups, as there was often no water when going to take a shower. If you cannot shower when the washing machine is running, they should put that in that blue book with all the critical info. Also, if you know there are ten guests checking in why aren’t there ten face towels? We had 5 face towels for ten people. If the room fits 2, have 2 towels. The room with 4 beds should have had 4 towels. The housekeeper situation is interesting, there is definitely room for improvement.

Stunning views. Rooms were comfortable, everything felt luxurious, appreciated all the quality treats provided by the host.

Despite the last minute booking , the host perfectly enabled our stay which was spectacular to say the least . The breathtaking views ,the outdoor pool, walkways, photo spots were the first positive impressions but did not prepare us for the Beauty of the villa inside ! What tasteful style , decor , space and ambiance . Whatever you could ask for you would find and more . The amenities in the, bathrooms and the kitchen met and exceeded expectations. I liked that the rules and information file was detailed , has some dos and donts that were presented in a non threatening manner . The champagne offered upon check in was a wonderful gesture ! The villa gives a sense of safety with security features that give one assurance that all is done to make guests feel comfortable. TV entertainment choices made for a great relaxing time and the ample seating spots inside and outside were perfect for our pampering time !

Everything was in order honestly . Perhaps some communication about people coming to do maintenance on the property could have been proactively shared
