At least walking distance to the train station & some shops outside. Has a good parking area for our vehicle.

The bedsheets & pillows are crampled? Been washed properly. The shower was broken . No chopping board & enough cuttleries. So hard to contact the host. Doesn’t reply to messages & calls.

Newly renovated,has kitchenware ,dinning table for 6 and living room for families to hang out here. It has dishwasher, washing machine with dryer and a big fridge, ideal for those whom.wants to cook. Halal supermarkets are nearby too. Short walk to central finchley highstreet to tesco and restaurants. It has a private carpark, Also a short walk to west finchley tube station. For muslims is ideal, as finchley mosque is also walking distance.

Mattress in one of the rooms needs to be changed to a new one, and all pilllows needs news ones..other than the place was finem

"Bring your own sandbags"

The location was handy for work, the beds were comfortable, the premises felt safe

The 'wet room' en suite to the main bedroom is dangerous. I had a short shower and the water flowed out of the en suite and into the bedroom! The owner is obviously more than aware of this situation judging by the damp marks on the bedroom floor. There is an electric socket very close to the bathroom door. Luckily I was not recharging my computer or phone. Luckily I did not have the boxes of products I was selling at an exhibition in the path of the flooding water. I emailed the owner to let them know about this and a couple of other issues. The matter of the water was completely ignored which is gaslighting. Had it been addressed I would not have to leave this review. I am pretty angry about this and sick of people who clearly are only concerned with what they can get away with for financial gain. There was no warning sign, in fact shower gel was in the en suite. It's completely crazy and I would never try to get away with such a huge and dangerous issue. Until this issue is resolved I don't think this property should be rented out.

"Dirty, filthy apartment and dodgy host! Book at your own risk!"

Unfortunately, I cannot say that I liked anything about the property.

The property was filthy. Had not been cleaned after the previous guest and therefore should not have been presented as available for my date and time of booking. On arrival at the property, I met the filth and stench. Called the host to complain that I could not stay in the property as it generally was completely unsuitable and doesn’t reflect what was advertised. He told me to cancel and return the keys saying he didn’t have a problem Refunding me. To my shock, he rejected the cancellation request and refused to declined giving consent to booking.com to refund me even after they recommended that he did so and they even waived their commission on the transaction. I can only say avoid this host at all Cost. I am now following the booking.com dispute resolution process to ensure I get my money back - over £1500. I cannot fully articulate the financial loss and stress my family and I endured as a result of this terrible experience.
