GBlittle shaded area to sit out side in the evening, quiet, room was very clean, friendly host, will go again next time im on the island full set off plates cutlery microwave toaster kettle etc milk butter toast and more good off road parking
GBExcellent location, 20 mins from most island attractions.We visited 21 in 5 days, cream teas high on our list. Modern accommodation: Large Dble Bedroom with high-end ensuite & plenty of storage. Warm welcome by Host & introduction to the facilities. Extensive utilities: TV, Fridge-filled with Juices, Milk, Yoghurts, Fruit, Ice-box, Microwave, Breville, Toaster, Cafetière, Exceptional value. Enormous B'fast Basketwith more than two dozen different items. Unexpected 'Welcome Basket' of Wine, Chocolates, treats. 2026 Island tourist guides with bus timetables. Suggested restaurants and a list of Emergency numbers. We ate at two of the suggestions. We also visited three beaches; Osborne House Beach, Needles Beach & our favourite Steephill Cliff beach. We liked the small touches like the opportunity to recycle packaging & squeeze clean the shower glass which we do at home. Parking, Checkin & departure were all easy. My wife and I travel throughout Europe and this unassuming B&B punches way above its weight. Incredible value for money & exceptional facilities. Tremendous Host & great Location..

GBThe place was immaculate, we loved the attention to detail. We arrived and were immediately welcomed in and shown the room. Very modern and had everything we needed. We loved the breakfast aray that was included, very thoughtful and had everything. Milk and fresh orange juice in the fridge.
