Imagine it’s 11 PM, you’re winded down, and suddenly someone is aggressively punching your door code and violently ripping the doorknob. I was trapped inside, paralyzed by fear. I frantically called their 'Emergency Center'—and guess what? CRICKETS. No one picked up. It took them 10 excruciating minutes just to text back. Right after they 'checked,' the violent shaking happened AGAIN. I couldn't sleep a single wink last night. Let's be real for a second: What if I were a solo female traveler?! What if the lock had failed? What pisses me off the most is the property's absolute audacity and coldness. Their response? 'Well, the door wasn't opened, you're safe now, so we are 100% not at fault.' Excuse me?! Zero accountability. Zero empathy. Do NOT stay here if you value your life. This place is an absolute safety hazard wrapped in pure arrogance.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable in a walkable area with lots of good small cafes and restaurants around. Lots of useful little extras provided and communication from staff was prompt throughout 👍

We love everything the place, the dstrict, the area, the style the deco. All was just perfect Kyoto is amazing place and we had really good time. Big big thanks to Tsunagu team really helpfull

寝室に蜘蛛が出てきてびっくりしたこと

עונה על הציפיות, צוות אדיב ונחמד שעושה אקסטרה אקסטרה. הבית גדול ומזמין, אפילו יותר ממה שמספרות התמונות. שהינו עם שני ילדים מתחת לגיל שנתיים ונהננו מאד. מיקום מרכזי ושקט כאחד.
