"Easter break - J&R"

The unit was clean and staff very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Amenities ample.

Sliding doors need a revamp. Tv size and stations need an upgrade. Fridge in an awkward position. Joining doors could be done away with. Not enough tea and coffee supplied.

We enjoyed the pool area with slides The breakfast was nice

There is no microwave in the room The Tv channels are very limited, The dinner is not nice, service is very slow and the food is below average.

"Miserable 2nd Night"

The Resort was good.

Airconditioning was down and I had the worse night , heat was terrible and all was provided was a lil fan. The owners said it was due to load shedding bt for resort of thia Caliber I dnt see how u can have a Central AC system given the load shedding issue in the south coast. Seriously needs to be addressed and changed. Also the chait in Room 301 you can not sit on its a sofa with wires only no padding and should be better for this kind of rooms.
