First and foremost, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. Throughout my stay, they demonstrated professionalism and remained calm, which greatly contributed to my overall comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. It was evident that great care was taken to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, which is something I greatly value in a hotel.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your establishment. I booked a room for two adults and one child, however, upon arrival, we were allocated a room with only one bed, making it uncomfortable for all of us to sleep adequately. Furthermore, throughout our stay, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Despite being guests for the entire day, we were provided with only one water bottle, which was insufficient for our needs. Additionally, we faced difficulties in accessing hot water, both in the morning and late evening, forcing us to bathe with cold water, which was highly inconvenient. Moreover, the breakfast provided, although included in our booking, did not meet our expectations. The limited variety, consisting mainly of bread, butter, jam, puri, sabji, and poha, was not worth the value we paid for. Additionally, we had to repeatedly request staff to refill the items, causing further inconvenience during our mealtime. I trust that as a reputable establishment, you value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Therefore, I kindly request that you address these concerns and take appropriate measures to ensure that such issues do not occur in the future.
