Staff behavior

Poor maintenance of hotel and dust every where. You can find ants on bed. They don't change dustbins daily. Break fast is free but the plates conditions is very bad. It smells like egg

Wi-Fi was pretty bad

The location is good on top of macdonalds. The room was spacious.

The bed sheets were not very clean and had yellow tint. Breakfast menu was very very limited and we had to ask couple of times if we can get boiled egg or omelet which was not told earlier. The items qty was also less

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Not too far from baga beach, walking distance.

Safe did not work in my room and the shower clogged up, almost flooded the room. Staff at breakfast did not understand English very well.

The room was clean, the hotel was away from the main road so hardly any noise during night time, there was no loud music from any other places around the hotel, Raymond the manager was always helpful, the hotel was close to Calangute beach, Mc Donald, Pizza Hut and other restaurants. Overall a good hotel but slightly overpriced.

The hotel makes lot of money since it has many rooms (3 floors) but could not afford to buy a tong to handle bread, nor get a decent toaster since one has to wait forever for the toast to become brown. But above all the worst thing was there was no hygiene whatsoever by the breakfast staff since they handled bread with their bare hands, they were openly consuming food in the kitchen, the breakfast was tasteless, there was not always enough food on the breakfast buffet table, the staff were very slow in preparing the requested coffee and customers were getting very angry because of all these issues. Anything coming out from the kitchen was a good recipe for getting sick. The kitchen looked dark and dungy.

I like the most location of hotel which is near to queen of beaches.. The cleanliness, punctual routine... Easy to reach to beaches without wasting the money behind unnecessarily cabs
