Basic and simple , great area. Staff spoke to friendly.

Cleanliness not great , there was chewing gum stuck to the window sill , woke up in morning with someone fake eyelash stuck to my back (we both guys) , there was some long ginger hairs , shower pressure awful.

Proximity to centre, Netflix . Availability for late arrival.

Very expensive for a place that had no heating, no hot water , and very untidy with a broken tv; shower doors hanging off.

Absolutely nothing! There wasn’t a visible entrance to the property, more like a side door that was poorly signed and the kind man that worked there actually had to come outside to show us where to go. We were then taken to our room, up 8 flights of stairs with heavy bags and a suitcase. Arriving to the room it resembled the inside of a cell, filthy, bedding and pillows all stained with god knows what, it absolutely stank, we didn’t dare sit down and other guests screaming and carrying on. Probably because of the state of the place. We checked out within 4 minutes although we had already paid £70 for night. However you can’t put a price on safety, therefore do NOT stay here!

Room D Block No.5 Was An Ensuite Meant to Be a Double.The Shower Was Good TV Good Near to the Shops.Microwave Kettle Fridge and Teas and Coffees.

Room Was Too Small to Be a Double Block D Room 5.Shower Was So Squashed to the Toilet and Was So Stiff to Press To Get Clean. No Light By Bed and Chargers For You the Plug Fones in. Very Noisey at 3.30-4.00 Morning.
