NE1 City Studios & Apartments

The location of the property was fantastic and is great value for money considering how close it is to the city centre and nightlife. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly also. I also liked that there were ironing facilities to use which I picked up from reception.

The only downside was that there was nowehere to put or hang up my clothes in my room. Didn't bother me too much as I was there for just one night but for longer stays this could be quite an inconvenience.

Was close to the centre

Room was very small, felt like a prison cell. Bed wasn’t comfy either but not bad for the money

No customer service. The whole place is a potential fire hazard / death trap.

Nothing.

Door key wouldn’t work and nobody was on site to open the door so got locked out and couldn’t stay there. Very disappointed.

shower door hanging off on arrival shower doesn’t heat up and pressure is awful Rats running around everywhere

Location is spot on and staff where friendly

We booked & paid for 1 bed apartment but when we arrived was given a double room. The TV didn’t work so went to reception who fixed this . Booking said included hair dryer but there was none. I requested with reception along with a towel as there was only 1 bath mat style towel. Reception never came back with either so both had to share a tiny towel and I couldn’t wash my hair as no hair dryer . Bed wasn’t too comfortable. Place was difficult to find also . The place has soo much potential however for 1 night stay central location it did the trick.

It was okay for the few hours I had to stay.
