The property was very central to Manchester

It was very hard to find the property. I think more descriptions are needed on exactly what you need to do to get into the property. We weren’t the only people to mention this.

Central and near the train station. It was en suite and there was a microwave and fridge in my room (although I didn't use them). It was ok for one night as somewhere to sleep. You get what you pay for.

Room wasn't particularly clean. The blind didn't fit the window and was noisy. I knew it wasn't going to be brilliant but I was only staying one night.

Grubby and very cold drafts windows

The property did not look like how it was advertised it was filthy Urine still left on toilet hand marks and splattered up the wall mould in the bathroom hair in the fridge generally very unclean, small and absolutely freezing and very noisy

Windows didn't isolate the street noise and bathroom was not inside the bedroom, but separated.
