"Newcastle Long Weekender"

The Location is FANTASTIC The staff were friendly The shower was very good Nice to have a Fridge and microwave Check in and out was very easy and uncomplicated So so handy for Station, shops, Bigg Market, Metro and St James Park

I had a terrible experience with the booking. Arrived at location and took an hour just to get someone to open for us.

We never stayed at the hotel because of noise and hostile environment. I will not be booking there again. I would like a refund for not staying at the hotel location once I saw room, value and look was below standard.

De locatie. Midden in hartje Newcastle. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand.

Er waren toch wel wat kleine gebreken op de kamer en in de douche.

"AMAZING A HIDDEN GEM IN NEWCASTLE"

Exceptional stay .amazing facilities and Hassim was very helpful with everything from key pick up ,instructions to extra towels extra milk for tea etc they went above and beyond and I will absolutely return here .its so close to everything you need safe and you feel at home as you have everything you need in your room all staff very friendly helpful and comfy beds and so many things in your room that you can use for food etc. Fabulous place a hidden gem in Newcastle.thank you for a great stay 😀
