Great location and friendly staff, I liked that the group of 11 could all stay in one place with a communal living space.

No kitchen equipment, not enough chairs, bathrooms in the rooms very small, no space to hang clothes. Lots of stairs and no lift, table was not wobbly, chairs and sofas were damaged. Stains on the wall and floor.

Location was great, very clean.

There was no waste bins in either the room or the bathroom. There was no wardrobe in the room, just a bed, a small kitchenette, and a footstool. Nowhere to hang clothes, no drawers to put clothes in, very strange set up. The bathroom was clean but situated outside of the bedroom in the corridor. No body wash or shampoo provided.

The location smells like weed, beer and piss I don’t recomand to anyone no heat , the toilet button doesn’t work rats and BED BUGS it’s a nightmare this facility, IT’S NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ITS A SCAM !!!! Who made this advertisement for this facility on booking he a big scammer they are lying about the rooms it’s a very small room in reality 2 by 3 meters wors then prisoners !!! Worst Facility ever 💩💩💩💩💩
