It was a bad and unsafe experience.

This is a high-rise residential building with a huge number of apartments on each floor. Check-in was done by phone. They have an electronic key system, they told us the code by phone, we entered the code, opened the door and entered the apartment... a minute later a man came out of the bedroom, it was another guest, who had already been checked in earlier! It was about 11 pm - almost night! We apologized and left the apartment, imagine my horror from the situation. The owner was on the phone with us and at first she herself could not understand anything. We were also offered to open other apartments. We considered that it was unsafe to stay in such conditions. In addition to the situation: the apartment offered in exchange did not correspond to our booking, there was no balcony and dining counter, the cleaning was apparently not finished because there were orange peels on the floor and the dishwasher was still working. Please note that there are no windows in the bedrooms and the air conditioner hums loudly. We had to urgently book a new hotel. Despite the fact that the new booking was made through Booking.com and that the situation was reported to both the owner of the apartment and Booking.com, we were not refunded the money for the booking (5 nights). I do not recommend. And I also do not recommend using Booking.com - they do not bear any responsibility for the quality and safety of the accommodation.

Apartment complex maintenance could be better shame it's a great place, seems it needs a steam cleaning and vacuuming of all general areas

It was quit peaceful. And was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

Nothing everything was great

Location was great, free parking, easy check-in and check-out. The place is very spacious, has a balcony and fully equipped kitchen.

The place was no doubt beautiful and very well maintained. However, it's hard to justify paying the same amount for one night as the cleaning fee—it just didn’t feel worth it for such a short stay.

BE AWARE that this property charges almost $70 for a cleaning fee—even if you stay just one night. I was shocked to see this added at checkout, as it wasn’t clearly visible upfront. I ended up paying nearly double the expected price for a single-night stay. After spending the whole morning talking with Booking, I realized the only options were for the host to adjust the price or for me to lose my money. In the end, I had to stay and pay double because, as the host said, “we pay more than that to our cleaning staff.” Honestly, that’s unbelievable—if that’s true, I’d love to work there. One cleaning shift would cover a night’s stay! It’s a one-room apartment, and I was there for just 15 hours: checked in around 5 p.m., left at 11 p.m., came back to sleep, and checked out early the next morning. Still, the $70 fee was charged in full. It’s really excessive for such a short stay. Definitely something to be aware of before booking.
