The elevators need work. They are very slow on getting you where you’re going

1. Extremely big room! I feel that I can live in it if I were a resident of Dallas! 2. Excellent location! Just beside DART Baylor Station, and close to the area with a lot of food! 3. Very clean room. 4. Very helpful staff member.

1. There is odor outside the room (entrance and corridor) 2. Elevator is a bit scary (mechanically, but it looks good on pictures) 3. It's very big with a lot of rooms, so sometimes I feel a bit lost when looking for exit or my room in the corridor. I don't mind staying there again because these aren't big issues for me.

Duane helped me a lot and he was just wonderful. Without his help I would not have been able to enter the room!

No written passcodes to enter the building or room, so I had to call to enter every time. Basic English conversation is needed to stay at this property.

The property is beautiful and clean, I loved my stay there, and also de building has very nice facilities
