The apartment was modern and well equipped. The location was fantastic.

Several items in the apartment were broken and dusty. Chair in living room had burn mark and stains on. Towels were small and smelt of smoke

A lovely clean and comfortable flat. Very handy for Oxford Road station and the Palace theatre. It had everything we needed for a short break in the city

If we had come by Uber or train, it would not have been easy as the distance between the collection point and the property itself is not near. In addition, the key collection point is quite busy. Host should consider having a more convenient location for the collection so that guests will not need to make a pitstop for the collection.

The layout and the facilities were good, spacious apartment.

The apartment needed a deep clean, there was a lot of dust on the skirting boards, and tops of picture frames. The en suite shower had mould/dirt all along the sealant at the bottom, the grout between the tiles was filthy, and the toilet took ages to refill after one flush. The furniture had a burn hole and a lot of stains, and there was only space to seat 3 when there were 4 of us. It was very awkward to gain access through the building to the apartment on foot, there were a lot of gates/doors/stairs to go through as the main block was closed. We were on the 10th floor facing a railway track and it was very noisy, freight trains ran from 6:15 in the morning. On checking out it was Sunday and we had to drop the keys at the spar shop, we were not given the code on the email with the checking out instructions and the shop assistant would not accept them without this. I tried messaging, ringing the owners but got no reply as the office was closed until 10am, (we weren’t aware of this) eventually I got a message back with the code and the shopkeeper accepted them. This ended our trip on a sour note as we were now stressed and also wasted 1/2 an hour of our travel time.

The house felt quite new, even though it could use a little more care. It had its own charm and a wise, welcoming atmosphere. The property managers were very responsive and helpful, always finding a way to support us when needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Getting to the property was quite challenging, as it wasn’t clear where the main entrance was. There was no proper signage or clear directions, so we ended up driving around for quite a while, which felt a bit frustrating after a long trip. Providing clearer instructions or visible signs would make it much easier for future guests to find their way.

The flat is good perfect all we needed no noise and for a big building you don’t see anyone!!

Car park is mega tight but every safe n can come and go as you please with your own parking space
