The Panda - Modern 2 Bedroom Apt in Manchester City Centre

The location was excellent, a short walk from Deansgate tram station and Oxford Street train station. All the facilities you could need.

Fantastic location, with secure parking. The property had all the facilities needed.

Cleaner could do a better job.

I liked the cleanness I disliked the idea that I asked for an early chk in of one hour before and they wanted to charge me £30, which I think is not a very smart business wise thinking if you want to keep your customer coming back. An hour before would not have made any difference, specially for the amount that I paid, shame. Also, there was not even a single bottle of complimentary water or even a tea bag or anything at all, the apt was empty with anything to make me welcome, shame. Only thing that was available was a very small shower gel amenity, shame. I say shame because my son is moving to Manchester to study and I would have been a regular, but unfortunately it seems that the owners are only interested in money money and not concerned about the return of a customer. Will definitely not stay there or recommend to anyone. To keep me waiting outside from 2pm until 3pm was not acceptable at all. Shame

Perfect location for exploring Manchester and really nice and spacious!

Location was perfect and close enough to everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was also nice to have a balcony. Night time concierge was super nice and helpful!

Lounge furniture was a bit stained and had a few cigarette burns on. En suite shower head was quite dirty.
