"Dirty with bed bugs"

Dirty bed sheets and bed bugs We arrived late at night and in the morning once light realised the sheets were filthy and my partner had bed bug bites. We moved hotel immediately and got refunded for 2 nights but given it in cash which was ripped and invalid to use, so useless. Do not recommend.

The place is well situated right in front of the port and tour agencies. The staff was amazing! Nice welcoming, the air company lost our suitcase and they helped us to recover it by getting in touch with the airport staff. Rahul was really helpful from the beginning till the end of our stay 👍

I would say it needs more hygiene and bathrooms need improvement

Breakfast was good. View was pretty good.

Cleanliness, staff baheviour, didn’t help for pick-up, not welcoming at all. If raining outside, floor of the room get flooded.

The photos of the site of hotel on the booking are not real.I shall put them of my staying.But also I’ll criticize booking,because of them I have cofident to book this hotel without any doubt that the room of the hotel is not a real.Take a look of my photos please..
