The location

The room wasn’t clean. The roof have a lick that drops in our bed. The breakfast was sooooo poor. Doesn’t look clean the breakfast room.

All the staff members are super active and helpful

Room is not like what I expected by seeing the picture in booking.com. Paint on walls come out and always the floor is dusty. Facilities mentioned in the booking.com are not fully available. Wifi is very poor. No internet in the hotel wifi. It was very frustrating experience. Room cleaning service is also very bad. Not cleaned the room in these days. No toiletries from second day. Not changing the bed sheet, duvet, and towels. Booking.com mentioned tumble drier, but not available. Expected much more with this money, but I didn't feel this is the best. Didn't receive invoice No Atm on site Most of the time, no one will be there on front dusk No daily housekeeping

the room was adequate for me alone, and also a couple would be comfortable. The property is so close to the docks, they had a small balcony outside the room which was useful, location was not in a very busy part of the island. one of the young male staff had a nice welcoming vibe.

there was renovation going on in the floor i was in, the toilet had a slider thing which i did not like, a note to the owner, a slider thing would be good but it should seal off the toilet and the room, to avoid smelly rooms.. the breakfast was not good..got to improve on that

It was an exceptional location with great view and very friendly staff
