Kitchen utensils need replacing not good Living room smelt a lot of dog wee Could feel bed springs a bit uncomfortable

Clean attractive apartment short walk to town and sea front.

Excellent location. Quiet and peaceful, apart from the regular chimes from the Church - which is to the side of the property - but we appreciated this, and seeing the Clock face from the sitting room window was nice. There was plenty of space with the 2 double Bedrooms which was very useful. The Bathroom was small, but had everything you needed. Nice bright Kitchen with plenty of plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, cooking pans, utensils etc. As another visitor mentioned there is a problem with the Freezer in that it is completely iced up so could not be used even if you wanted to. The Fridge is nice and spacious but damp/drippy inside. This seems to be because the seal on the door has "gone" and it does not close properly? We had some problems with the heating and another matter which Lenka promptly resolved for us during our stay.

The Sitting room whilst pleasant and fairly comfortable, looked as though it needed a proper clean (the Dining Table is also in this room). The flooring (apart from the Kitchen and Bathroom) - as others have mentioned - is the main problem with the property, Broken off and coming away it needs to be redone. This is a shame, because it could be really nice, but needs some care and attention. There was no information or apparent facilities for recycling, which is needed if you are staying like we were, for a week!

The location is fantastic for access to town, the beach, the train station. Parking was good.

Lounge area was pretty

Hob didn't work , the apartment is next to a church where the bells chime every 15 mins to tell the time , throughout the night. It was tired - despite the photos .

Great communication from the hosts from booking and even post stay. Easy to get in via lock box with code and instructions including parking sent in good time. Well stocked kitchen, including kids crockery which was fabulous for us, and plenty of toilet roll. Parking assigned, short walk to town/sea front and lovely and quiet

Flooring needs some work but otherwise nothing!

Location was perfect for us ,our son and grandchildren only live 1 minute walk away

The beds were not good ,the laminate flooring was split in places ,I cut my toe on it. I did not realise it only had Netflix not all TV programs,No instructions on what to do with recycling and rubbish,Bin in bedroom had not been emptied
