Stylish and Comfortable 1-BR in the Heart of Detroit

I loved how convenient it was to park right in front of the property door. And I also loved that there was a bathroom upstairs and downstairs.

I didn’t like that it wasn’t a tv upstairs in the room. If I wanted to watch tv I had to go downstairs and watch tv.

Okay, you've got me sold. All rooms pictured are accurate and just as lovely in person, Everything was positioned in the most effective way, given the space to douse you in feng shui. New up to date utilities, free Wi-Fi, and several streaming channels through a Roku TV. Not to mention the place came with a BRITTA, for water purification! My favorite feature would have to have been the upstairs bedroom-- I've not slept on a bed as firm and soft at the same time as this one! Will DEFINITELY be booking again in the near future. Another feature that I loved was just how close this property is to midtown. I booked for a concert showing at the Fillmore and it was so easy getting there and getting back since this property sits on a side street that is extremely clean and vibrant with the perfect fall getaway energy!

Clean, new, lots of streaming platforms, comfortable bed, two bathrooms.

Verification process, and NOT having a human being answer the phone when problems arise.

Clean comfortable

Showed up at 3pm was advised they were waiting for cleaners to come because i booked late. Property was booked at 10 am on the day of check in. I was able to keep my luggage inside. The cleaners showed up at 3:30 and did not leave til 7:09 pm. We were told it would be ready by 4:30. We sat in the car for nearly 3 hrs waiting for them to clean. We sat directly outside the house in the car. I text the owner at 7 pm to ask were the cleaners were done. I was told the house had been done hours ago. The dishonesty was the problem for me. I then let the owner know i was outside waiting for them to finish and they just left. The owner showed up before the cleaners you would think he would have started the cleaning process being that. I understand that i booked the day of but too book at 10 am house not cleaned til. 7:09 pm was ridiculously long. I get it the owner is not the house keeper but as a paying customer for one of your properties this process should have been done a lot faster and someone should have helped. However the property once cleaned was very comfortable. I will stay again of course but detroit has to get their Ish together this is the 3rd property I’ve booked and not been able to check in at the time of checkin. Hopefully this problem isn’t a regular thing.
