RERien n'ayant pu rentrer dans la suite.
Tout mes logements pris par Booking étaient simples à gérer. Sauf celui-ci. Pas de personnel pour accueillir. Formulaire de renseignements trop long et compliqué à remplir et en anglais. Bref au bout de 30 mn devant la porte j'ai préféré partir ailleurs.

NLMooie ruime kamer met goede douche.
Aangekomen op locatie was het eerst een beetje lastig om de kamerdeur open te krijgen, wel goed geholpen aan de telefoon. Kamer bleek bij aankomst niet schoongemaakt, moest dus naar een andere locatie lopen. Gelukkig was deze kamer wel prachtig.

AEThe room was renovated and location was good.
Once we entered the room it had an unberable and very strong smell of sewage. The hand basin's drain was blocked, and the garbage can was not emptied out. On the balcony the cigarette buds from the previous guests were still in the ashtray. It was a difficult proceedure to get in, and I was not sent the email with check in proceedures on time. I had to go to a shop and ask them to call the number that was displayed on the Riveira suites card. That turned out to be the wrong number. I asked if we could drop our luggage abit earlier to the room, but they said no. I complained and said it would be impossible to sleep in the room because of the sewage smell. The lady took 1 hour and 30 minutes to figure out what she will do with us. She eventually said she will move us to another property in another location. It was pouring rain and we needed a taxi. The taxi's was dropping us and she told me she can arrange one for €50 for a 5 minute drive. I told her that was way overpriced and that they should be offering to pay the taxi at this stage. She told me it is not their responsibility to pay for the taxi. There was zero service recovery.
HUJó környéken volt a szállás, éttermek, bárok, boltok és a strand is közel volt. Maga a szoba 1-3 éjszakára tökéletes. Az ágynemű és a törölközők tiszták voltak. Jó illat volt a szállláson.
Kissé koszos maradt a mosdókagyló környéke és az ágy alatt sem takarítottak ki. A szekrény része eléggé minimális, a ruhákat nem lehetett kitenni rendesen. Ha nyáron jön az ember akkor nyilván lemegy a partra fürdeni így a ruhaszárító hiányzott.
ITITITStanza ristrutturata , pulita e con un’ottima localizzazione, a due passi dai ristoranti, centro e 15 min a piedi dal porto. Per noi è stato molto piacevole.
