Le siège de toilette était brisé

La pulizia non era ottima, le cialde del caffè fornitoci nella stanza erano usate, gli asciugamani erano sporchi e la stanza aveva un cattivo odore e vi erano anche delle formiche

GBIt was located very close to the train station and was clean
When we arrived we called to say we were there to be met with attitude from the host that we hadn’t done the speedy check in that he sent on booking a few days before, we were in Italy already and didn’t see it, told it would take 5 minutes, called him back as it needed verification and he said oh I’m driving now. Took us 20 mins to get into building in 35 degree heat. Then the air con broke at 11pm, I messaged on booking and text no response until late next morning when they said it was a power cut…. All the lights were working and turned out it was an issue with the remote that we had to change batteries to fix so that was a lie. Property was fine but staff if you need help not good or anything breaks were useless

La pulizia della stanza, c'erano formiche un po' ovunque, l'acqua nel lavandino del bagno non scendeva, stessa cosa per il bidet. Dispenser per il sapone "finti" nel senso che non c'era sapone dentro.
