The fact that the hotel is surrounded with other businesses not far out of reach,the scenery from where I stayed and the people are pleasant.

Honestly the food ,my culture is different so I understand but for breakfast I wished there was boiled food and steam veg,etc but I understand 👍🏾

The coach roaches..the false advertisement..of.hownit looks verses really. No one speaks or understands English, and they tried to rip you off on electricity cost.

nothing they didn't have the rooms ready housecleaner was still cleaning and will a child inside made us get out so they could finish cleaning.

room not ready, no towels and when provided they were stained and ripped. Told us we had to paid for electricity aside and toilet paper. Can ONLY PAY in cash

I liked nothing abt the property… the property was very stink and not clean and not secure…the water is salt water and this whole place is a trick.. you have to pay for everything you use after you pay to book the property.. complete shit property

Very old school equipments, they she you pay extra for Air conditioner and electricity. Bed sheets and comforter is old and very thin. The staff tried to lie to me and double the price as I was about to pay from $122 to $223

The room we booked was not clean on time for check in so not only did we had to wait for it to be cleaned having announced our arrival 3 days prior but it also smelled like rotten fish. They provided a smaller room (with no additional blankets/pillows) until next day we got a much better apartment but the struggle of all that was not what we were expecting on our vacation!! This hotel has a good location, good breakfast, very centric, two swimming pools and close to the beach (5mins) but they do charge separately for daily electricity consumption so beware! I would say this is suitable for those on a budget who do not intend to stay locked up in a resort and prefer to wander around and get to know Punta Cana (we had multiple activities booked full day) Other than that it's better you book somewhere else or a Resort all included!!!
