VTZ El Balcón de Torre Nueva I

Thought it was good location. Lacked information ( how to) on utility usage in the apartment. Lacked cleaning cloths in the kitchen. Minor items but necessary.

Spacious apartment in very central location. Clean and comfortable.

Location was perfect and quite quiet considering being in the very centre of the town. Underground parking is very close to the flat, especially when using an eastern elevator.

Parking is a few euros discounted, not included.

Cleanliness, comfort.

Complexity of getting the keys at a different place and then finding the property.

Apartment was confortable and clean. Very good position in the center if Zaragoza near the Mercado Central.

Very Nice apartment, well cleaned, very good location. The apartment was close to incredible sites, shops, restaurants and public transport.

You need to empty the trash bin and take the trash outside or will be charged extra. The circuit breaker was keep tripping when I only have an AC running, nothing else. 1 night stay, due to this circuit breaker issue, the power went out 4 times in 1 night. After a long drive we stayed to this location to sleep for a night, due to this issue, we couldn't sleep well because to power keep going out.

Excelent location in Zaragoza. Well equiped and clean. If you are traveling by car, there´s a public parking very close, 18€/day. Good relationship quality/cost.

Just one bedroom... For a family of 5, 3 slept in the bedroom, 2 in the sofa/bed in the living room. But that´s ok anyway.
