The owner is very friendly and not ce with us.
There are no windows, the price of renting it is too high and there are a lot of noise for the people partying in front of the door and on the same street until late night.

Great location,all the night life happens literally outside your door. Cozy and very nicely furnished. Coffee machine and all the basic need.
In the weekends there are people and noise outside the door till 5 am. Plomberie problème, when taking a shower water goes out and makes a mess. Electricity problem (that can be solved if not using all the electricity devices at ones)

Everything ! From the drunk people staying outside the apartment all night , shouting and singing until 7 am. the smell of the flat ( damp smell) and a malfunctioning toilet liking water on the floor . We stayed 3 night and could not sleep properly. people shouting, singing, all night . It was one of the most unsafe and unpleasant place I ever stayed in my traveling. I do not recommend this place for women and in general I don’t recommend it.

The apartment is beautifully furnished with every detail thought of. It may have been one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The kitchen is fully equipped with a great bathroom and lounge area. Gui couldn’t have been friendlier. He ensures my stay was perfect and I had everything I needed. He even left me some extra coffee pods. You are in a brilliant and lively area with some of the best part of Lisbon on your doorstep.
The internet dropped out later at night sometimes. I think that’s more due to the time of day. One thing I will advise is the apartment is in one of the busiest party areas of Lisbon. I brought ear plugs and still slept really well but if you are expecting a quiet relaxed area, this apartment might not be for you.
