Guest house on Gillian Unit 1

Nothing!

It was a shithole! This property should be delisted. It is apparently up for sale so has not been taken care of. Terrible bedding, stinky and dirty! Do not stay here ever.

Airconditioning in the bedroom was our only highlight of the stay.

Nobody sent check in details or met us at the unit we only found a key in the door. The netflix was not activated as advertised. There are ants. The electric gate had to be opened manually and the units windows could not lock as they are the wide sliding type and the owner told us this is not a serious matter, we felt so unsafe. The beds definitely need to be replaced as well as all the linen and curtains, they are dirty stained and have holes in and the blinds have no strings to be winded up. Outside needs some tlc It is sad to see such a potential unit lose all its charm by not fixing the small things such as cleaning scuff marks on the bedroom wall. It should have been perfect as its a beautiful unit but the pics must be very old.

The air conditioning was our savior during the stay. There was an unpleasant smell in the place, and running the air conditioner helped mask it. The location was good and very convenient, close to everything we needed.

The bedding, curtains, couch, walls, and doors were dirty. The bathroom wall tiles were covered in grease and grime. The towels were old and stained. The kitchen utensils had to be washed before use. The kitchen plug was broken and coming out of the wall. The grass had not been cut, and there were leaves everywhere that kept blowing into the area. The cigarette holder had not been emptied from a previous guest, and there was rubbish left lying around in the garden.

It looked clean when you get inside the unit but once we checked the bed it was dirty (blood spot) and uncomfortable,the pillows were filthy we couldn't use them ,we told the lady that was working there she didn'tdo nothing,never going back there
