Hotel on Magnolia East

Location, location, location. People, people, people. Price, price, price. This place has all three many times over. The rooms may be smaller than you are accustomed to but the genuineness of the hands-on owners are bigger than you could ever imagine. The rooms are small, but clean and quite. And you have control over your own A/C. Jen and Dennis are working every day to enhance the property and the experience of the customer. And the fact they kept this from being another chain charging high-prices with this amazing location should continue to be supported. And free bikes to ride to Uncle Bills... life couldn't get any better!

Wonderful

The staff is kind and accommodating. They wanted to make sure we had a pleasant stay and made themselves available for any assistance we would have needed. They even offered us their bikes, beach umbrellas, and regular umbrellas free of charge. The room was cozy and clean. The outdoor space is perfect for lounging around on a warm evening. We had a great time and would certainly go again. Great value!

The bathroom is a tad small with an odd layout, but it had everything we needed and was clean. Otherwise, nothing bad to say.

Das Hotel ist super süß, die Inhaber sympathisch und sie geben gerne Empfehlungen, die alle super waren. Es hat auch eine Küche, die benutzt werden kann, und Sitzgelegenheiten im Innenhof. Alles ist sehr sauber.

Die Parksituation ist nicht optimal - es ist teilweise schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Aber auch da helfen die beiden Inhaber gerne aus. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber auch das ist kein Problem gewesen.

Loved how the place offered free beach chairs and bikes. Owner was very nice and welcoming. Gave us our first golfcart ride down to boardwalk. Place was very nice and clean.

Very cozy atmosphere, the owners are extremely helpful and friendly. Great value and awesome vibe.
