I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world and staying in countless hotels, but Siwa has set the bar at a level I’ve never encountered before. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was a special place. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, and the staff is simply exceptional. The waiters are more than attentive; each of them is genuinely dedicated to making every moment perfect. The maintenance team is always on top of things, ensuring everything is in impeccable condition. Room service? It’s on another level – like something out of a classic luxury film. Experiences like this just don’t exist anymore. The front desk deserves a special mention. They’re always available to help with any question or need and go above and beyond. One day, I lost my daughter’s towel at a beach club, and they managed to retrieve it with a single phone call. The dining experience at Siwa is Michelin-star quality. The hotel also offers transfers and has partnerships with the best beach clubs around, which makes all the difference. The private pool in my room and another pool that lets you swim to the main pool are just a few of the amenities that make this place a gem. The gym and spa are beyond exceptional, with so many options it feels like I could spend a month exploring them. Honestly, I’m in love with this place. If I could, I’d stay and live at Siwa.

A special thanks to Marcus, Nahuel, and Diana from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Their kindness and professionalism added so much to our experience, making every meal memorable and every moment feel special. And to all the wonderful staff at Siwa Tulum, thank you for your hard work and dedication to creating such a magical experience. Service, the hotel is beautiful, the room is great size, the pools are just outside the room, the food is tasty and well portioned.

The luggage was hard to carry through the wood sticks bridge, that’s all.

Recently, we had the opportunity to stay at Siwa Tulum, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome right away with a delicious hibiscus and passion fruit cocktail. The villa we stayed in was a true oasis: spacious, exquisitely decorated, and with lovely views. Waking up surrounded by nature each morning was an indescribable pleasure. The restaurants at Siwa offered an exceptional culinary experience. Every dish we tried was a delight, and the variety on the menu pleasantly surprised us. The service was impeccable at every meal; they were always very attentive, and dinner at the Deep restaurant, with its own cenote, was a fantastic experience. Additionally, the location is perfect. It’s close enough to the main attractions, yet it also offers the tranquility one seeks on a vacation. I want to thank the entire Siwa crew for their kindness and hospitality towards us: Diana, Manuel, Charly, Marco, David, Daniel, Sid, Marai, Rubén; Pily and the other receptionist, and the spa attendant. Without a doubt, Siwa Tulum has become one of my favorite places, and I am already planning my return. Highly recommended!

great upscale place to stay! beautiful apartments, great food and breakfast, friendly staff... before arriving at this place, we planned to visit Tulum, but once we arrived this place was so great that we just stayed and enjoyed the resort.

the location and the way to the hotel. there can be noise of the works in the neighbourhood.
