Beautiful decor

Not accessible to elsewhere in the area. Service is spotty, food limited and level of septics is haphazard. Closed the entire pool area to set up for an evening event without notice to guests.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Stylish. Staff were lovely. Food was good. Having a small private pool to dip into was lovely.

A bit run down in areas. The gym needs an overhaul. Cocktails didn’t taste very strong. The music by the pool was HORRIBLE! We asked them to turn it down but it was so intrusive. Calmer music would be more suited to the pool by the day.

The kitchen and restaurant staff is one of a kind!!! The beautiful building, garden and swimmingpool.

Baffling and disappointing that if you post a critical note, you get an absurd lie in response. We asked for 5 pool towels per person??? They were missing from the room every day, so asking for 1 each seems normal to us. However, this is exactly how Siwa 'management' respond to criticism on the spot as well, passing it on to the next instead of resolving it. All this puts the more than great staff in the restaurant and kitchen in the shade and they do not deserve that at all. Better to learn something from them than come up with a lie in response, only make things worse. Fortunately, we had two separate bookings which means we can still put things right here. Waiting to see what the response will be now. The upgrade they are talking about at Siwa was not an upgrade! It was the apartment that should have been given to us directly because we had booked and paid for it. Score for management 1, score for rest of the staff a 10.

The staff in the restaurant is great! Friendly and helpful!

Upon arrival we got our apartment and it was very disappointing because it was completely different from what we thought we would get. The next day we got another apartment that matched. We were immediately told by the manager that this was an upgrade and that they had had a lot of work to exchange the apartments. They sell it this way, but we were simply entitled to the right apartment. This company sells itself as a 5 star boutique hotel but it is absolutely not. The apartment itself was missing everything and we had to ask for it several times. One night someone felt it necessary to spend more than an hour hammering and sawing in an apartment above. Complaints are passed on to the manager by the front desk employees, but there are 3 or 4 managers who ultimately do not want or are not allowed to make any decisions. It's sad for the other staff because they can't do anything about it.

The room was a good size with lovely views. The poolside restaurant was very good with live music in the evening.

The location is not great. The route on Waze does not recognise the road the hotel is in. The roads around the hotel are poor with potholes. There are few signs for the hotel. The walkways between our room and the entrance and restaurant are quite narrow. Care needs to be taken when it is wet.

they had included breakfast, but you can not have coffee and juice, you can only pick one... you need to use taxi all the time because location is not good, also you need to be careful which road you pick because you can damage your car Also, we wanted to talk with manager and everybody you ask they said they are manager. At checkout we ask to store luggage for few hours, they said they will not do that because we are not their guest anymore because we have just checked out. I asked can I see those rules, lady Pily said she will not give us that because we are not guest anymore.
