Les services ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur de la promesse d’un 5 étoiles (beaucoup de détails et de services ne sont pas au rendez-vous). Le personnel n’est pas particulièrement accueillant ni souriant. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment décevant. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. **** Services are not at the level of a 5-stars hotel, staff members are not particularly friendly. Breakfast does not worth it at all. I do not recommend this hotel.

Heerlijke bedden, mooi design en een behulpzame staff. De prachtig aangelegde tuin met verhoogde paden in combinatie met de sfeervolle kamers en villa geven een ultiem gevoel van luxe in de jungle.

Excellent emplacement au cœur de la forêt, dans un cadre calme et reposant. Le stationnement est facile, avec des places gratuites disponibles dans la rue, surveillées par un agent de sécurité. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et l’environnement est particulièrement agréable. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et attentionné, toujours aux petits soins pour les clients. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

The restaurant is out doors. It’s not bad but beware it is super hot if you’re there in the summer months

We loved the aesthetic of the place. Nicole was very helpful in getting us a great tour to chicken Itzá. There is a free shuttle to beach clubs so that’s convenient. Pools spa and yoga all very were cool! Room itself is also well designed and very comfortable for families and friends. Spa was also amazing. Best I have had in a while.

There was no power for a full day. It got incredibly hot. Breakfast is strictly ok. They need more options as for 5 days it got very boring. The cleaning staff was not that great. They would leave towels in the room.
