Amazing place, worth a visit

Loved the ambience and setting of the hotel- it felt secluded yet very close to downtown/beach area. The staff were so kind and warm; would high recommend. Beautiful details in every corner of the hotel and the rooms were very spacious.

What a wonderful place in the middle of the jungle. An incredible oasis, lost in the Tulum greenery. We felt lost in time but in a luxurious oasis. Staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The place is amazing. We only stayed one night but would love to have stayed longer.

The hotel is a bit lost in an undevelopped part of town. So you will need a car to get around. However, it is totally worth it if you want to feel lost in the jungle. The rest was just exceptionnal.

The atmosphere is great, the staff was really nice. The decoration and nature is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The privates pool are really good. The restaurant is tasty and breakfast is good.

the location is the only problem in this property , the road to access is awful and it’s lost in the jungle, if you want to visit tulum you need a vehicle or take a taxi but it’s expensive. with this location there should be free bikes/ motorbikes in order for the customers to navigate in the city and beach. But of course if you want to stay in the hotel it’s perfect !

Title: Very disappointing experience – request for refund Our stay was unfortunately far below expectations. The food quality was poor and significantly overpriced. Service was slow, and we often had to follow up multiple times before receiving what we requested. The most serious issue was with the washing machine in our villa. After using it, our white T-shirts (I have pictures) came out with brown stains, apparently from the dryer cycle. When I reported this to reception, I was told it might be due to mixing colors or having dirt in the pockets, which was not the case. I was also told the machine had been checked, though it appeared to be in a very unclean condition (have pictures for this as well). The hotel mentioned they would consider a solution or discount, but nothing was provided at checkout. This leaves us with damaged clothes for the remainder of our trip (15 days) which was especially frustrating given the high price and the hotel’s claimed standard. I believe a partial refund would be fair compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment experienced during our stay.
