Away from hustle and bustle of hotel zone. Very zen and clean. Everyone was auper nice.

Hot shower more like luke warm. Wish they have variety of food options esp. if staying nore than 3 days.

Wielkość i urządzenie pokoju, po prostu chciało się w nim przebywać po całym dniu zwiedzania i odpoczywać, dbałość o detale, aneks kuchenny z ekspresem, duża lodówka oceniam jako duży plus, to raczej studia na dłuższy pobyt niż pokoje hotelowe. Sam obiekt również bardzo ładny położony w dżungli, widać dbałość o detale. Dużym plusem były zajęcia jogi w weekend do których można było dołączyć w cenie. Poranna joga w otoczeniu dżungli bardzo miłe doznanie z rana. Wieża widokowa, fajny dodatek.

Zdecydowanie największym minusem były "śniadania", przyznam szczerze, że byliśmy bardzo zdegustowani i w pewien sposób poczuliśmy się oszukani. Jeśli opcja za którą płacisz ma wliczone śniadanie w cenę to oczekujesz, że masz śniadanie wliczone w cenę, przynajmniej jakieś podstawy. Niestety pierwsze co usłyszeliśmy po przyjeździe na recepcji to, że owszem mają Państwo wliczone śniadanie ale śniadanie to tylko owoce i jogurt oraz suchy chleb (tak był tylko chleb bez masła, jakiś dodatków) jedna kawa (herbata była już płatna) i jeśli chcemy normalne śniadanie to trzeba zapłacić, bardzo słabe to było. Lokalizacja to bardziej opinia neutralna niż coś co nam się nie podobało ale fajnie, żeby każdy miał świadomość. Jest dość daleko do miasta i plaży, hotel jest w dżungli. W grę wchodzi wynajem rowerów, które wypożyczyliśmy wtedy do miasta/na plaże około 15min, rowery niestety nie były w najlepszym stanie.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price The overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The maintenance of the gym is terrible: several machines are not working at all, and the entire area is dirty and poorly maintained. We paid for a room including breakfast, but when we arrived, we were told that only coffee and yogurt are included. Anything else from the breakfast menu requires an extra charge, which is misleading and unacceptable. Each room has its own Wi-Fi network, but outside the room there is no cellular reception. As a result, there is no internet access in common areas such as the breakfast area or the gym, which is extremely inconvenient. In addition, there is nothing around the hotel—no shops, no restaurants, nothing to do nearby. If you’re looking for a place to stay near the beach or an area with some atmosphere, this is not the right location. Overall, the hotel does not meet basic expectations in terms of facilities, transparency, or location. I would not recommend staying here.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement parfait. Nous devions y séjourner deux nuits. Nous avons décidé de réserver une nuit de plus. Magnifique hôtel avec des chambres tout confort. Tout est propre et soigné. Le personnel est très attentif et agréable. La nourriture est bonne.

Il est nécessaire d’être véhiculé mais je préfère sans hésiter cet hôtel au calme que de me retrouver dans la zone hôtelière ou au centre-ville.

No me quedé porque el Hotel no llenó mis expectativas 4 star y más por mi mamá de 84 años, fui al Hotel, no me gustó el camino de acceso, el área donde estaba ubicado y la parte de adentro por donde debía caminar, no llenaba mis expectativa, decidi no hacer el check in e irme a otro hotel del área, le comuniqué a la administradora en el sitio las razones por las cuales no me hospedaba, le pedí reconsiderara la devolución de un % ya que había ido hasta allá y le expliqué las razones. Simplemente no quiso.

L'accès à l'hôtel: sentier de terre battue avec multiples trous et aucun éclairage. Prévoir 5 mn de rodéo à chaque fois fois qu'il faut se rendre en ville. Piscine centrale : paraît belle sur les photos, mais décevante lorsqu'on la voit en vrai. Elle sert plus de bain de pieds que pour y nager. Peu de profondeur et entretien négligé.
