Villa Sun and sea 1 front de mer Playa Rocca Costa Teguise

The size was good and we were lucky enough to have outside area that got sun. Having the kitchen area and fridge freezer meant we could make our lunches and breakfast.

It was a little run down and would benefit from freshening up. It was further from the sea front than we would have liked and it was a pain only having one set of keys.

wi fi didn't work for the TV even though we asked host to help, lack of crockery, location and area run down /past it's best

It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The area is quiet and very secure. The pool was perfect with plenty of sun beds.

It needed a clothes airer or line for wet washing/swimwear, plus a new toilet brush. The air conditioning unit is quite noisy.

Located in a secure complex very clean and a nice pool. 15 min walk to the main centre and good beach. Taxis are really cheap though.

The beach isn’t just through the gate of the complex it’s a 10-15 min walk away. It’s abit out the way of the centre.

Very clean and spacious with basics you’d need for a self catering holiday. Luna was very helpful with any queries we had.

The location is a little bit far out, especially if you have children, but if you don’t mind the walk then it’s absolutely perfect.

Good location. Very easy access to some great beaches. Comfortable property. Well appointed. Quiet. Very helpful host. Contacted me in advance to find out our arrival time and was there to give us the keys, show us round etc. Similarly for going home, contacted us the day before to see what time we were leaving and came to meet us. Very happy with our stay.
