"Bad experience because of the cockroaches. They had to come clean again a day after we checked in."

"Bad service until their fix the issue of geyser"

Location is g good

We have to endure 3 nights stay with cold water, imagine we were travelling with kids. Yhhhooo worse i communicated with the owner but there was no solution instead she referres us to Booking.com

"Poor Management service"

Nothing

The owner was rude and staff were rude to us. The place was dirty with old furniture. Cupboard doors were broken even the main door. The owner was forcing us to check out early. There lots of cockroaches. The place needed to be fumigated. Geyser was not working walldrop doors were locked with chains, we didn't have anywhere to put our clothes. The place was a mess. We didn't feel safe because some of the windows we couldn't close. The APARTMENT is VERY old.
