Electricity was finished, we have to buy it ourselves Leakings, floors were wet They didn't clean They put 1 toilet paper that was half used First day no hot water

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist and that we were not updated that the deposit fee has increased we found out when we arrived there

The apartment is big and spacious. It has beautiful views of the ocean and is right opposite the golden mile. The host was always attentive and went out of her way to assist me during my stay. She pointed out attractions and was very helpful. The bedding and furnishings are modern and beautiful. It just feels at home. I would definitely come back on my next stay in Durban.

Place is dirty, have cockroaches. No iron or ironing board, called owner did not do anything to assist. So we were wearing un ironed clothes

That our power got cut a night before we checked out

The host was extremely rude

The owner doesn't talk nicely to the clients

I like that it was clean and sheet were so warm and clean too.

Problem with electricity and geyser issue. We didn't have hot water on most of our stay 😑
