It was not clean, no toilet paper, couch and chairs old and not comfortable, bad odour, no cleaning equipments, taps are not working properly, no lights in bathrooms, locked wardrobe and broken cardboards

This place is amazing ,the neatness of the place from the reception to the rooms. Our partment was very neat and everything was in place just the way they're advertised the place. Close to the beach and the view from our room was amazing.i will definitely book the same hotel again soon and it like 60 rand bolt to ushaka marine and the boat cruise so affordable .downstairs they is spar so we never go anyway far for any food items.

Few things but I think that can be sorted out, Please just put in your quotation that the guest are un charge of buying their own electricity.1 hrs after our arrival thr light were finished then we had to buy 150 rand worthy of electricity.i was they for holiday I ran aways from home from bills then I had to buy electricity at my holiday home. Secondly please can you out irons in the room we had to go to clicks to buy our self iron coz we couldn't wear unironed dresses. 3) please if something is broken can you please remove it we were stack with broken waterglass and house bin. I believe since they is 750 for damage why can't you use that money to replace the broken items.

Convenience and easy accessibility of other facilities such as ICCC and entertainment areas such as beach and kings park stadium. Supermarket also close by

There's is no airconditioner while the weather was very hot. Fridge has the uncomforting smell which requires attention. Still frustrated in getting the invoice for my employer. The host sent me to booking.com and email is sent via booking with no success

No breakfast

The noise from the corridor at midnight where there seemed to be partying and later being woken up by security alleging my family was making noise when in essence, we were fast asleep.

Very dirty windows, we could tell that the previous guests had a kid with them because the windows and walls had wax colour writing on them Door was unlocked in our arrival and there were plumbers outside since there was a leakage that we only learnt about on entering the apartment On checking in plumbers were in as-well fixing things as we were trying to relax since travelling for long, couldn't it have been fixed earlier? Fridge had a very funny smell, we had to get detergent so we could clean it ourselves before we could put our stuff Electricity units finished within 4 hours of us checking in and we had to be the ones asking the host for coupon and loading it ourselves (why couldn’t the cleaner alert that power was finishing) Not a pleasant check in day at all Following morning we woke to puddles of water on the bathroom floor as-well as the kitchen floor and tge plumbers were again sent it to come through on a morning where we could have been relaxing and enjoying the space but we had 3 strangers in there with us of which we couldn't leave behind and start our daily activities because we had to wait for the plumbers to finish and the damaged the host towel in the process
