Spacious studio with Balcony and Parking at the Beach -M46

Location and view, easy access to the boardwalk and beach.

This is our third year staying in this exact room. (46) and every year we have asked them to fix the toilet paper holder and towel holder that is barely hanging on the wall. And we have asked them to put curtains up at the bathroom window due to taking a shower the tower to the left, those people can see in when on their balcony they can look straight into the bathroom window, we always seem to have to tape a trash bag up to that window every year.. Bathroom is a little water damaged. There was no hot water which has been that way all 3 times we have been there. No hot water in the kitchen either all 3 times we've been there. The same large skillet in the kitchen, which is very messed up scratched up and everything sticks to it ,definitely needs to be replaced a few other things should be added to the kitchen, Such as a decent can opener, knifes that were cut, dish , rags and dish towels., that is something we have had to ask for and in the past went to the dollar store and bought They did put new chairs and a side table on the balcony, which was very nice and again the view is nice from there being able to see the ocean, And the location is nice. Photos were ok but update and upkeep are needed. We book this same room for the location and view and make well with the rest

Anlage ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Enstspricht in keiner Hinsicht den Bildern. Zimmer zwar nicht sehr sauber aber halbwegs ok. Klimaanlage eine Katastrophr.

De locatie is goed

Het gebouw was erg armoedig, de gasten in het gebouw ook. Met drank en grote boxen en keiharde muziek buiten. Voelt niet veilig. Parkeerkosten $35 ipv $25, toen we zeiden dat het anders op booking staat, zei de dame dat dit het weekendtarief is. Appartement is opgeknapt, behalve de badkamer, dus als je binnen bent gaat het wel, maar het gebouw is verschrikkelijk. Bed kraakt enorm Vrijwel GEEN wifi! Als je bij de deur van de manager staat wel iets beter. Manager deur was altijd op slot. Alleen contact via whatsapp -> lastig met slechte wifi! NIET JE GELD WAARD!

Had to let shower run for 10 minutes before you got hot water. Air conditioner sucked. Was set on 61 and did not blow cold air. On day two a worker brought us in a floor fan that you had to put water and ice in. Helped some but not much. They give you 4 towels and 2 wash rags for 3 people for a 3 night stay. Shower definitely needs updated. Would not stay again. Could spend a couple extra dollars and get a way better hotel. The room we stayed in was 46. They need to clean the ac unit. As seen in pics it is dirty.

Todo nos encantó. El cuarto estaba limpio, con buen olor y muy bien equipado. Había varias toallas, colchas, buen aire acondicionado y el refrigerador enfriaba perfecto. El balcón con mesa y sillas fue un plus. Todo tal como en las fotos. El anfitrión siempre respondió a tiempo y acomodó todas nuestras necesidades. ¡Definitivamente volveremos

En cuanto a lo negativo, el internet en el cuarto nunca funcionó, aunque pude ver Netflix conectando el televisor a mi celular. La ducha podría ser reemplazada, ya que lanza agua en varias direcciones y, si no se tiene cuidado (especialmente con niños), puede salir bastante agua por fuera de la cortina debido a que el muro no es muy alto. No fue algo grave, pero vale la pena mencionarlo. En el área de la piscina algunas sillas están algo desgastadas y sería bueno reemplazarlas, aunque no fue un gran inconveniente. El único problema real fue el parqueo. En las instrucciones se menciona que hay un espacio asignado marcado por un cono, pero cuando llegué y pregunté al anfitrión, me indicó que debía parquear en cualquier espacio vacío, incluso si eso implicaba mover uno de los conos. Todos los huéspedes hacen lo mismo, ya que reciben las mismas instrucciones. El problema es que al salir y volver, otro huésped puede tomar el espacio donde habías dejado el cono, lo cual puede generar conflictos. En mi caso no tuve ningún problema, pero vi situaciones incómodas en la noche con personas que se quedaron sin parqueo y estaban bastante molestos, incluso tomando fotos e intentando localizar a otros huéspedes. Para evitar esto, sería ideal que al pagar por el parqueo se asigne un número que se encuentran ya escrito en uno de los parqueos y así los demás lo puedan respetar.

La ubicación a 30 metros de la playa en el corazón de Hollywood y que tuviera parking ( se abona aparte del alojamiento) un problema resuelto. El depto es muy cómodo y tiene una pequeña cocina en la que puedes hacerte de todo prácticamente.

El tema del parking un poco caótico (el dueño me dió mil recomendaciones para que sólo utilizara el espacio asignado, pero todo el mundo estacionaba donde le quedaba cómodo sin respetarlo). Nada grave, porque siempre hubo lugar para todos. La vista al mar es bastante limitada (se ve un poco desde una esquina del balcón solamente, ya que entre esta propiedad y el mar hay otra pequeña línea de edificación, muy angosta, pero que tapa la mayor parte de la vista)
