The place fully met our expectations – very well prepared, clean and functional. Excellent value for money. The air conditioning in the bedrooms made our stay comfortable even when temperatures rose above 30°C. The location is perfect for exploring the lakes Lugano and Maggiore as well as the whole Ticino region, and it is also close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The owners and neighbors were extremely kind and helpful – warm greetings to them!

Tresa Bay House is a wonderful place for a relaxing stay! The house impresses with its modern and tasteful furnishings, which create a cozy atmosphere. It is perfect for a small family - not too big, but with enough space to feel completely at home. Although the garage offers enough space for an SUV, it is very narrow, which makes parking a little tricky. We were particularly pleased with the warm welcome gift: a bottle of sparkling wine for the adults and sweets for the children - a small but nice gesture to start the vacation off right!

One tiny point of criticism: when baking, we missed the fact that there was no baking paper. Nothing else was missing!

Very nice place. Hosts are young couple, they have great passion and love for their guests, they even offer a welcoming champagne and some spaghetti. Make our stay like home. If you like cooking, you can find almost anything you need like cooking wares, utensils, cups, plates and glasses. Definitely will recommend 👍👍👍
